Production Steps

From raw materials to finished pellets in 8 steps

1

Receiving and Storage

Raw materials (corn, barley, wheat, soy meal) are stored in separate cells under controlled conditions.

Silos cells, Screw conveyors
2

Component Grinding

Grains are ground in the hammer mill to the desired particle size (2–10 mm) according to the recipe.

Hammer Mill, Vibro Sieve
3

Dosing and Mixing

Precise dosing of components according to the recipe and homogeneous mixing in the mixer for 4–6 minutes.

Dosers, Horizontal Mixer
4

Conditioning

Addition of steam and moisture to optimise the pelleting process. Temperature 80-85°C.

Conditioner
5

Pelleting

Pellet formation through the die under pressure. Adjustable pellet length and diameter.

Ring Die Pellet Mill
6

Cooling

Counterflow cooling of pellets from 80°C to ambient temperature. Moisture reduction to 12%.

Counterflow Cooler
7

Sieving

Separation of oversize and fine particles. Uniform final product size.

Vibro Sieve
8

Packaging

Automatic or semi-automatic bagging into 25 kg or 50 kg bags.

Weighing by scale
