Working Process

How the Vibro Sieve Works

Material Infeed

Material (pellets, granules, dust) enters the top of the vibrating screen by gravity or conveyor. Uniform distribution across the full screen surface is ensured by vibration.

Vibration Sieving

The vibration motor drives the screen frame in circular or linear oscillations. Material is sorted by fraction — coarser pieces remain on upper screens, finer ones pass through.

Aspiration and Outlet

Dust and fine particles are removed by the aspiration system. Sorted fractions exit through separate outlets and continue in the line or are packed separately.
