Production Steps

From raw materials to finished pellets in 8 steps

Raw Material Intake

Corn, soy meal, cake, barley, wheat, premixes and additives are stored in silos with controlled conditions.

Grinding

Grains and coarser components are ground in the hammer mill to the desired particle size according to the recipe (2–10 mm).

Component Dosing

Automatic dosing of macro-components and precise dosing of micro-components (premixes, additives).

Mixing

Horizontal paddle mixer homogenises the blend over 4–6 minutes for uniform quality.

Conditioning

Addition of steam and temperature increase to 80–85°C for optimisation of the pelleting process.

Pelleting

The ring-die pellet mill forms pellets of the desired diameter (4–12 mm) and length under controlled pressure.

Cooling

The Counterflow Cooler cools pellets from 85°C to ambient temperature, reducing moisture to 12–13%.

Sieving and Packaging

The Vibro Sieve separates fine particles. Finished pellets are automatically bagged into 25 kg or 50 kg bags.
