Twin-screw wet extruder for thermal treatment of soy
Wet twin-screw extruder that heat-treats soybean under high pressure and temperature. The Extrusion Process destroys anti-nutritive factors (trypsin inhibitors, lectins), increases protein digestibility and enables easier oil pressing. The extruded product has a porous structure ideal for further processing.
Continuous cold press for soy oil pressing
Screw press for continuous oil extraction from extruded soy material. The screw mechanism creates pressure that separates oil from the material, while the solid residue (cake) is expelled through the adjustable outlet. The system allows precise pressure adjustment for optimal oil extraction.
Cooling system for extruded product
Rotary Cooler with counterflow cooling system. Hot extruded material is cooled by controlled airflow, preventing moisture condensation and preserving product quality. Drum rotation ensures uniform cooling of the entire product mass.
Feed hopper with flow regulator for receiving and dosing raw soybean into the line. Capacity 500–1000 kg.
System of screw conveyors for moving material between different process stages. Enclosed system preventing losses.
Magnetic separator for removing metal impurities from raw material before entry into the extruder, protecting equipment from damage.
Addition of steam or water to adjust material moisture before extrusion (optimum moisture 16–18%).
Filter system for purifying pressed oil from fine particles and impurities, ensuring clean oil for packaging.
